Vianna, NMGL issued the Preferreds to FFGO, as filed with the SEC in an 8-K. The FACTS are documented. Claims that they have not been issued and delivered to FFGO are not true. It has been discussed and proven. PERIOD!

With NMGL moving forward, it is encouraging for FFGO shareholders.
