gotta admit---sorry,may be painfull for some,but it was somewhat amusing------the whole spin off to ptel,so enti could become an "incubation tank"-----APPEARS (only an opinion) there wasnt much work being done on anything--anywhere----HAD the 1x1 gone to completion and shares been converted-----APPEARS (only an opinion) that the only end result would have been an additional 20 BILLION shares on the market--------------PURE SPECULATION.
