best o luck to the legit shreholders on getting funds back,but unfortunately me thinks the bottomline will be-----all was done to get a start-up started up----like I always said----real company real product----sometimes that doesnt mean much---but can justify alot of expenses-----at least legaly------seen way too many of these with much less of a "company" completely rebuff any legal approach.hopefully some will have learned a lesson-------were SO many red flags for so long-----------------------------------------PURE OPINION AND SPECULATION.
