Annie, I have Schwab too. I received my Divi's right after we were told by Thomas that the shares would be recinded due to the MMX deal.
I thought it was strange that Thomas notes the cost of sendfing out the certs, but then does it anyway for mine...even after we were told the divi's would be going back.
