I'm an attorney and the sale was not fake. All appropriate paperwork etc was filed. However where we might have a case is if the DIVy was rescinded. You can not take away shares that were already issued. In my opinion the deal that the new ptel and new Enti CEO did is illegal. Unless we still do get the shares. Time will tell.
