These events have taken place only in the vivid, fertile but incredibly dishonest imaginations of the crooks running this rather transparent scam.

Yep - standard fare for Amyot-run scams like EGOC - they're usually accomodation addresses, PO Boxes or personal homes ( the latter are usually quite plush, financed as they are from the savings of their marks).
