The deals I was speaking of has to do with a Richard Glisky in MI . Harvest Hartwell LLC in Oakland County circuit Court in MI Mr Glisky had defaulted on a loan that the land owned by Harvest Hartwell was used as collateral, BIBB purchased the land for $ 8,000,000, proposed to make movies on the vacant land, in the agreement Mr Glisky could buy the land back for $8,000,000 in shares within a (1) year period, two weeks before the (1) yr was up Glisky returned $8,000,000 in shares and the land was transferred back to him ,the deal was cancelled, Glisky's very close personnel friend Drew Fezzey is a director in Z3 enterprises Fezzey is involved in the music industry, the same day Phoenix production company purchased controlling interest of company by a private sale to MR Bibb once again only to be cancelled later and returned to him, there is a pattern here so now they say new management but Bibb is still there, to many press releases about big aquisitions with no results, and if you look at the company news it shows more deals that were announced and then cancelled. Here is a link showing the appointment of Drew Fezzey as director and private deal between Bibb and Phoenix Productions :

. Hope this helps you decide one way or the other
