I did some DD and came up with a different company Martial R. Knieser is connected to. Smart System Technologies located in Indiana (9155 East 146th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060).

Then to: http://www.knieser.com/medicalprod (looks like Medical/Computer Technologies)

Then to: http://www.knieser.com (looks like Energy Efficient Technologies)

Regardless, it appears as though Knieser is involved with various companies. Any of which could be a possible candidate to reverse merge with SMAN.
