Sagan you make a good point. SGCP should formally fill out an EXPL for Pampana North or other Pampana River Basin areas like Allied Mining did. Must of originally "mined" Pampana North through some informal arrangement with North Star Resources(?). I think the new EXPL are now for 25 years instead of the previous 3 years.
If a new President is hired, it should be a full-time resident of SL with 10 years mining experience in SL with great reputation and political and industry connections.
