HM's size and likely mineral content alongside being in a locale with infrastructure, qualified folks and mining friendly state may make it extremely valuable. Per BC interview posted early, if it is premium deposit financially it may be more important for LBSR to retain as much equity before an eventual JV, so they are likely positioned to not accept any ole JV offer at HM...

Also, the constant reminder about Pebble, HDI, etc gets me sensing something is coming down the pipe from BCSP. It is only logical that all monies be spent towards HM and leave BCSP up to PLP and other larger entities to develop that mining district.

Wouldn't it be nice and a solid investment story if LBSR can ink an active JV for BCSP all the while proving out a potentially massive copper, gold, REE targets at HM... That would be a winning strategy.. How about it JB, any enlightenment on the whirlwind tour maybe??
