With the hype and awareness being created, the odds are that it will move up before it moves down. You can bet that the new company will time it's PR's to create momentum. They would be silly not to.
Plus, after the R/S, with less then 500 Million shares O/S, as people will sell before it occurs, there won't be enough volume to crash it down drastically. It'll take profit taking, and dilution to get it to start it's downward movement and do what all subpenny's do.
If anything, to sell at .0001, right now, is just too early. Much can happen with volume between now and July 8-9-10. Odds are, you'll be able to sell at .0001 on Friday July 6th. Might as well see if you can sell at .0002 between now and then. We've waited a year and a half for some action here. Might as well hold another week to see what happens.
