atty occhipinti was asked 4-5 times questions by judge oing and his answer was i think so i dont think he even knew what was going on with the SMART WIN -EEGC case.

in regard to ATTY BATISTA this below is a passage from the latest ny state supreme court filing june 19 by ATTY BATISTA--LETTER TO JUDGE OING-..note he mentions while mail to kansas has been returned ATTY BATISTA has corresponded many times with MALCOLM BENDALL BY email.
"MR OCCHIPINTI COMPLAINT ABOUT DELAY IS IRONIC.until now he has never had a problem with delay.he filed this action almost two years ago.other than making an unsuccessful motion to dismiss,he has done little ,if anything,to pursue the lawsuit.he has not taken a single deposition or even served a deposition notice."
