Jack Abramoff has an article in the May issue of Playboy that gives his take on how to hire a lobyist should you need one. Coming from a pro-lobyist, who did his time, it's a pretty good read on how the system works-not necessarily corrupt, but it does require money to play and so the little guy is often screwed simply because he can't afford the best govt. that money can buy.
