Hi Pescatom, there are two sets of dates.

Hi Pescatom, there are two sets of dates.

1. Yearly Calendar - which we use day to day.
2. A company's fiscal calendar - which relates to their yearly timing as filed when they first went public.

The end of the second quarter on the yearly calendar is June 30th.

As it relates to Fuse Science it is different. Their calendar year is as follows.

Q1 - October thru December
Q2 - January thru March
Q3 - April thru June
Q4 - July thru September

So, the first half of 2012 ends the fiscal third quarter for Fuse. Their fiscal fourth quarter starts on Sunday July 1st.

Two different calendars. I hope this makes sense. There are also business reasons for choosing when a company's year end will be.
