Privileged, Inc, is planning and is arranging to merge with the public company following the acquisition.

2) Registered in Nevada..as is Privileged Inc.
3) Home office is in LA....(Cali)
4) It's new to the OTC as of May 9th.
Granted it's speculation but why not.
