Actually 889 is correct. The Jeffries note you quote is also correct, there was a separate USPTO action (for 885) posted Friday which likely also means a patent issue in the near term.
So we have 1 patent issued, 1 notice Friday and 4 yesterday. We could soon have 6 patents.
