I don't know what to tell you about that supposed trade other than it was likely an error (happens all the time).
As far as someone wanting to buy out this company, that is extremely unlikely. Only way I could see that is if the company was sold extremely cheap and the insider deals for the Travellers were cancelled (highly unlikely). I could list hundreds of better MMA organizations and the stock itself is certainly not attractive. I know there are people that think that over 2 billions shares is a "low float", but most people in the real world would consider floats over 1 billion shares on a no-bid stock being typical pinky scam territory. The last few times the pumpers moved in and tried to move this thing, it was basically a failure as the stock didn't move much and immediately fell back to no-bid. As it was stated earlier, the company will be dumping massive amounts of shares into any potential run.
Also, I see a lot of speculation about APS being watched closely by the SEC. Since Traveller currently is having problems with the SEC, the two entities together could be the death knell for this stock. It could very likely end with a DTCC chill, SEC investigation, and eventually delisted to the grey sheets. I'm actually surprised the stock has avoided that fate so far.
