BCAP is an Undervalued Stock for several reasons:

1. The business model is great.
2 . The company has an operational TA service that will be getting clients soon (once the brokerage firm is acquired).
3. The stock price has been stuck at 3 for months now, the charts are ready to breakout. BCAP = technical breakout soon.
4. The old saying buy on rumor, well the acquisition of a brokerage firm is the rumor.
5. The company is generating income in Q2 after liquidating debt in RIGH.
6. An audit of their financials is underway.
7. An uplist to the OTCBB exchange is coming potentially in July.
8. Baron Capital gets a nice lump of income from RIGH in July.

Do some DD on the company. I am certain you will find successes in this company that most pinksheet companies can't compare with.
