I use /ES or spx to really count. I was not long or short. But the vix does not work often enough to be reliable. I try and maintain
objectivity so i give both the bull and bear case. In my post i
mentioned friday VIX eod gap up. In my last post i give the ES count as 4 down. Enjoy all ideas hope you make money today.
