(the "Company") reports that a Response to its Application for leave to appeal has been filed with the Supreme Court of Canada , as has a Reply thereof. The Application was the subject of the Company's May 1, 2012 Press Release. The Response and Reply will be attached to the Material Change Report to be filed in connection with this Press Release.
