I hope this board will be as it was when you was absent. We had few squabbles and a very few deletes. Be a moderator and not a boss please just allow us to have free speech, which is what we had. This is not a board that needed a lot of anything but an occassional delete or a post to just knock it off by Data_Rox or a P.M. to not continue with something.
I wish you well and hope the board remains a freedom of speech and that you can contribute some valuable information to it. I will and have always kind of voiced my opinion be it right or wrong but it was something that I felt I had every right to do.
We have more negative posters than you can shake a stick at right now and I myself have made some negative post about management but overall I still believe the day will come IDCC will be a big time stock or get bought out for a high price. They have way to many ways to hopefully sooner than later create value.
I think as always they have Nokia by the short hair and the day will come Nokia settles. Now in my opinion if I was Nokia and going to try to make a lot of money off of their patents it would be smart to pay IDCC for 4G and LTE a high rate, this would help establish what rate they should be able to charge. Hell I would settle for a deal where Nokia pays the same rate they charge their very best customer as long as it can't change by charging them hardly nothing for one quarter and getting IDCC to then lower their rate. This is kind of not likely and probably a stupid idea, but once again I think for Nokia to survive they have to start charging the highest rate possible for LTE 4G. Nokia may partner with someone and make it back in the handset side but right now I don't see good things on that side as a go alone company.
