If they form or have formed a private company, then so be it, they were not sucessful with a public company, so why would they be sucessful with a private company?
Now if they will form the private company with monies gained from the public company then I would think there would be a HUGE OUTCRY from all former stockholders of the public company. But once again, why bother, they are nothing more than scamers who lived well off of the stockholders, I guess everyone has to have something to do.
