Agreement forming 'GOOD COAL PTE. LTD' JV company entity, in addition to my previous reply to you and in reference to your question about the 'Good Coal' board i'll also offer the agreement that formed 'Good Coal' in case you did not get a chance to see it and for further reading. It does not give the board members names (need to wait until they announce them if they do) like you were asking but thought that you would like to see it in case you have not yet:
