Agreement forming 'GOOD COAL PTE. LTD' JV company entity, in addition to my previous reply to you and in reference to your question about the 'Good Coal' board i'll also offer the agreement that formed 'Good Coal' in case you did not get a chance to see it and for further reading. It does not give the board members names (need to wait until they announce them if they do) like you were asking but thought that you would like to see it in case you have not yet:
In specific regard to the Board, see
BOARD OF DIRECTORS"
The precentage make up of the board will be as outlined in:
JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
IN RESPECT OF
GOOD COAL PTE. LTD.
A Private Company Limited by Shares
Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore"
Where Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. = 45% .... and ....AGPL Investments Pte. Ltd. = 55%
AGPL Investments is 'ASIAN GENCO PTE LTD', the investment company used by Archen to form 'Good Coal'
a brief synopsis of what AGPL does:
"Asian Genco Pte. Ltd. operates as an infrastructure development company with investments in power generation assets and services business. It operates hydro, thermal, natural gas-based, and wind power generation projects. The company also provides engineering and project management services; and operation and maintenance services for projects under operation stage. The company engages in the acquisition of coal mine interests in Indonesia, and development of transportation and port related infrastructure for supply and trading of coal in India."
And... the PR announcing the Joint Venture with Archean and the Technology Licensing Agreement for the ASEAN region with Good Coal PTE., Ltd.
