Yea, just read through the SEC docs and you will understand who this "institution" is...Go ahead and defend this CEO, it's your right. But the evidence is stacked against him. It's just too bad that the SEC isn't involved. Only way to get them involved is for multiple written complaints against this CEO and SYNJ...and even then you would be lucky to see the SEC act.
But if enought people complain maybe this CEO will see Karma
