SIRG is a scam, imo...chilled and still cannot be traded through TDA. Funny how they increased the A/S shortly after the chill...selling shares that weren't accounted for? Now they suddenly lower the A/S and expect investors to believe in them? nahhhhhhhh...seen this all before:)
