2. The CEO sits around during the day answering calls from longs and giving them "DD". How do you know what he does? He has gotten very few calls and has no problem fitting them into what ever he is doing.

4. There are still thousands of dollars owed to the former owners of this company. Show me how you know that. It may be just the opposite depending on how CA conducted his business before he left. Won't debate that but you do not know if he is owned anything at this point. But one thing is for sure you will not ask the one who knows.
