"Who cares?"
You just might be surprised.
People who feel they've been lied to and defrauded always seem to care when their investments are proven to have been used to unjustly enrich certain insiders. I'm not saying I have any proof that has happened here... but I'm sure connecting a lot of dots.
A ton of money has gone into this company. So where is it? What has it been used for? Was it used for legitimate business purposes or funneled into the pockets of insiders? "Who cares" you ask?
If I find a smoking gun I'll report my findings to someone who, hopefully, can claw back any ill gotten gains.
