Note Employee Benefit Plan filed today :10 million shares @ $0.12 cents per share = $1.2 million -

Makes O/S approx. 270 million ! ( 207 million as at 8th May 2012 + 50 Million MRL warrants + 10 million EBP + plus any others recently issued etc )

These links provide some info on the ICC process : seems to relate to Termite Protection& Wood Rot/Decay– don’t think AC433 covers mold /fire protection etc - but might be mistaken etc .
