Thank you for the time you put into your analysis. No company is perfect. Certainly, in retrospect better choices are always evident and there are also many routes to success.
The astonishing thing about JBI is the short amount of time that it has taken to get from a concept to the point of commercial success. That was acomplished by a driven, visionary entreprenuer not by a business manager. All the problems you cited I think will be quickly forgotten very soon.
