COST OF EACH CTLM MACHINE: I spoke today with Rich Grable, son of IMDS's CEO and who seems to be the executive in charge of sales
of the CTLM. I asked Mr. Grable what was the price of each CTLM machine and the response was:

$495,000 PER UNIT. You read correctly, almost HALF a MILLION dollars per unit.

Mr. Grable explained to me that when they sell a first in country, for example, they sell a
CTLM to Spain for the first time, they will offer a discount on the unit in order to enter that
particular market and then continue to expand from there. I asked Mr. Grable about wholesale discounts and he said that they might consider a discount of multiple machines, but it is not a formal discount, meaning that it will be handled on a case by case basis.

Mr. Grable said that they have a requirement for distributors, and it is that IMDS needs to train
employees of the distributor in how to maintain and service the CTLM. The reason being that once
the CTLM leaves the country it becomes hard for IMDS to provide service or maintenance for the
machine. Mr. Grable stressed that basically the only part on the CTLM that requires calibrating
once in a while is the laser, but apart from that the machine is extremely reliable.

Mr. Grable said that no machine leaves the warehouse unless it has been paid in full. I asked
him about the machine they have in Mexico and it was fully paid or in installments, but he
preferred not to comment about that because it has been reported on an SEC report and he simply
said he would not want to risk giving away any insider information. I understood his point.

Mr. Grable stressed that they are working hard and they appreciate us shareholders.

So again, FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS PEOPLE!! $495,000!!

This is from the son of the CEO who is also an executive at IMDS and very probably the
NEXT CEO.

This should be stickied in this Board. Hope this info helps put to rest all the debate
about the cost of the CTLM. This information is COMPLETELY TRUE as was given to me
by Mr. Grable.
