The business summary in the Ibox is incorrect. This bank is no longer in business because its assets and liabilities where acquired by First California Bank, when SNLS went under. I also checked the OTCQBB and they didn't list any current filings. I am curious how they are on the OTCQBB if they don't have any filings? Anyone want address that?
All I can find points to this being an empty shell that has no assets.
