I believe Bork's largest shareholders are pushing hard on management to improve the price per share. For those who know, the company's largest shareholder is stressed over the current low PPS because he wants his wealth to increase.
I also understand that if the largest shareholder(s) are successful in their pressure on the management to raise PPS, that the smaller shareholders will benefit to the same degree.
Just remember that it is in the largest shareholders personal interest, and by extension the smaller shareholders personal interest, to increase the price per share by producing increasing company profits.
Additionally, financial gains to the largest shareholder(s) through increase in PPS far exceeds any salary officers with the same name(s) receive.
Therefore, to say the management has zero care for the PPS for small shareholders is foolish. For to say management has zero care for shareholders directly means they have no care for themselves. An old adage seems to apply here and now, "Those who pay the least, complain the most." And thus much of the minutia of this board can be seen in the proper light.
