The web address on Twitter is wrong, and the address on OTC is wrong and completely different wrong.

What would you think if you were a new investor coming in, doing your DD and low and behold the CEO of the company you want to invest in can't even get their own Company's web site correct on their Twitter (ENCOUNTER CEO) Twitter account.

that would be unacceptable in the REAL world. You would inform your community that there is a change. You would still direct your community to the correct address and publish that changes are coming.

You wouldn't let it sit stagnant for a year.
