As for the "imminent" development, my money says that Black sells the MF technology leaving the company with no assets and then files bankruptcy. That way, the investors can't come after the company because we are "creditors." As for a criminal complaint, I just don't see a case because the company will simply state that they put out the PR's in "good faith." I think that we are basically stuck, just like I am stuck with 3 mil shares of GTLL... YMMV
