I have continued to do more research on IronRidge and have found a connection between the companies that have lost after making a deal and poor leadership in the company. I was surprised as to how many deals have been made with IronRidge over the past year. I know about the SCUTTLE of illegal actions of IronRidge but I have found most of this to be just companies that have failed to operate their business in the positive cash flow direction and have then attempted to reclaim losses they accrued. Basically, CEO's feelings got hurt so they sued! So, not to say IronRidge is a great company but from my research I have found it to be a pretty legitimate company with legitimate deals.
