Really? What I would say on that is, if there wasn't a valid and real threat, would IBM bring in TWO of the largest law firms in the country and put 11 attorneys on this via court filings? Even a novice can see that what IBM is trying to do is bury them with a massive amount of discovery and a ton of procedural arguments. I am not saying they will prevail, but if the Q gets through all the procedure and the motion to dismiss is denied, things will get quite interesting...
