Also If they recieved a response this should go back to business as normal and take off!!

The Answer to the SEC Administrative Proceeding, if made, would only be an attempt avoid revocation of of QTEK stock. It can not restore QTEK to normal trading. QTEK already lost its 15c2-11 piggy-back qualification and is a grey market stock following suspension.

It's very unlikely that QTEK can avoid being revoked. The corporation violated Securities Laws by not filing its periodic reports for several years.
