Which now brings me to the following question:
Why offer the (original?) Private Placements with a pps value of only 5 cents? If they were offered...say more like $2..you would get less shares (so what?) and the stock would be able to trade in other markets besides OTC.......
I know at this time it means nothing....just a question of curiosity...while we are waiting....
