What Gesture. This is Black we are talking about. INAR shares were given out to try and pump up the HNSS PPS SO BLACK COULD DILUTE. IT DID NOT WORK. The INAR shares are restricted for at least a year maybe two. What do you think the PPS will be by then with one of blacks R/S thrown in. Always remember black gives nothing away for free.
