Well, I see SEC-Justice finally underway with Round One.
Glad they published those questions last year to give everyone the heads-up. The FINRA freeze obviously wasn't for anything minor. Those are criminal charges on Bonenberger, and the kickback scheme is something I looked at on another stock in the group with unusually high consulting fees that just didn't make sense.
