Total over 1500 schools in the state, how many buses do each have? Why didn't the Gov. utilize this asset to evacuate NO?

There is a photo that a friend sent of 206 buses in the flood that could have been used. Why did't the mayor.......?

Each held 65 occupants and say 50 at a time times 206 equals 10,300 a trip. How many trips could have been made in the two days to Baton Rouge plus the other buses 8,000 at an
average of 30 each one trip 240,000?

How about the mass transit system?
