If I were you I would be asking the company spokesperson that same question....
Many people have asked her to disclose her compensation. I'm not one of them. If you have read some posts there have already been some complaints filed.
If she is working for the company and giving out share price predictions then it is my understanding that she is violating the rules, and you don't want the SEC to start sniffing around good old Tom and RFMK.
They are already on trade for trade status with the DTC. If the SEC for some reason wants to look into this what do you think will happen with that status ?
I could be dead wrong but I'm scared for the shareholders. I know you were in SFIO... no lesson learned ?
