Since the latest funding deal that was announced on May 4th stated that the first funds to arrive would be used to acquire the operations in Japan, I would assume the news of the acquisition being finalized would be released soon (my guess would be within a couple of weeks maybe) Remember, what I post here is certainly not official nor endorsed by AquaLiv in any way; merely spec from a stockholder. Of course, we all are entitled to our own opinions and beliefs, so when others have things to say that aren't so favorable, well.....that's their right as well as long as it's not libelous or slandering. Everyone must do their DD and go with what they think is best. I do, however believe this company is for real and has a very bright future. There's no way that I would sell my shares at this point knowing what lies ahead for those who hold.
