I'm not sure if Mesa's Mn Oxide ore isn't friable value1008. I thought it was.
As for grades, I would have to believe that if the grade at Artillery Peak was 25% on average, then the cost per lbs EMM, would definitely be much, much lower than the costs came in the PFS.
The thing is, the report from 2010 said they were having difficulties with the lower grade, fines abundantly recovered at Artillery Peak.
Did you read that part? Am I mistaken or has this issue been resolved?
