Even IF edig is correct in its infringement contentions and prevails it will take until at least the middle of 2013 to collect enough money from licenses to appreciate the share price because it is an absolute certainly that when it comes to IP licensing you MUST have a successful Markman ruling. I do not want to conclude these things it is just the reality of the situation. EDIG has not even had it that hard when it comes to the fight you can expect when you try to take somebody elses money. PTSC has 17 reexams filed on their patents. It took them from mid 2006 until 2 months ago to resolve them with the USPTO and like EDIG the reexams were initiated by infringers they were trying to extract license fees from.
