It seems that Wallace committed fraud when he told Spencer he could settle the Georgia lawsuit on behalf of the company.

So if the Georgia lawsuit was never legally settled doesn't Georgia still retain jurisdiction and Delaware in fact does not have subject matter jurisdiction?

I don't know if that's what GOSY's attorney argued or not, but it seems pretty clear to me, extrinsic fraud is what it is called, I believe.

Then we have the intrinsic fraud in the complaint itself - which exists if Wallace didn't say that he wanted to get paid for practicing law without a license. (IMO of course).

If evidence of all of this is developed during the current case I don't think there's any way that the DE court wouldn't go back and void that judgment.

... and that's not even going into Wallace's conspiracies to harass the company with other legal actions, leaving them too broke to defend in Delaware.

I must say, with the VA complaint Wallace is holding true to form.
