Personally, I will take the chance of seeing what Global IP has been able to do with this "IP nobody needs." Not to mention the two new patents, arguably the broadest of all, that will we here know will be granted official patent status the next week and a half. NeoMedia CEO is currently saying that there are a number of significant IP licensing deals in the works, currently being negotiated, to be PRd this and fall qtr.
As far as I know, partial indirect, also called managed direct, and used by most campaign managers, does quite possibly fall in the arguable range of NeoMedia patents, and how many companies want to risk building big reliance on it then being sued by Global IP, against NeoMedia IP that has never been defeated in a court of law.
I bet it is going to be a great rally coming soon when some signs of IP and Campaign wins come together for NEOM.
