Well, Chad, in Q1 2011 they rightfully gave us the May number.
"As of May 18, 2011, there were 60,990,153 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding."
So why did they give us the March 31 figure now? Which is highly unusual when I look at other companies as well.
Why don't you tell us how many shares there are now and save us all the trouble.
