Yep, I think far too much emphasis has been put on the 10K for anything more than keeping them current in reporting. If it doesn't then the shift will be to the 10Q. If the 10Q doesn't produce much sought after info and positive financials I feel things will most likely get mighty ugly.
Upside? All depends the details when/if we get them.
