Target again lowered its earnings outlook for the year, still reeling from data breach of its customers' credit and debit card information and slower traffic at its stores. Target also posted a 62% decline in 2Q earnings. Shares fell 1% premarket.

I think they release daily picks at open, after close or some other pre determined method with warning.

Never, invest with money you need to survive. Diversify, patience, set tight stops. $20 or less in commission fees is almost always cheaper than a 5-40%+ drop in share value.
